Phrasal Verbs.

Hit the road. Is like a travel, is when you´re feet are hitting the paviment as you go.
Example: We hit the road to arrive at the school.


Hold still. Is like DON´T MOVE! 
Example: Hold still in the car!


Leave out. Is like forget something(a thing, and idea, etc.).
Exaple: Leave out the Soda! There´s not space in the refrigerator.

Exercises on Past Continuous and Simple Past.

EXERCISE A A group of people were staying in a hotel. One evening the fire alarm went off. Use the words in parentheses to make sentences saying what each person was doing at the time.
Example:   (Michael / take / a bath)   Michael was taking a bath.

Violent Movies,...

A 47% of parents said that have children, (between 4 to 6 years) thave imitated violent acts in the media.
And a 87% of children mimic good behavior.
Violent in movies/games it´s a cause for concern if a child becames hyperactive, has attention problems, etc.
The younger generation are more exposed to violence and they see that NORMAL.
See violent movies increase aggressive behavior in children.
Cartoon violence is bad for children because they imitated all that they see in the media.
And the violent movies affect more those that are weakly emocionalist.
This kind of movies lead to bullying in school or violent behavior.
